Class Action Fraud is One Thing? But Plotting to Kill a Teenager for Money?

Even we didn’t expect this from Googasian. The news of Googasian’s worst ever shenanigans comes from the following post over at Googasianmalice.com

http://googasianmalice.com/googasian/skeletons-in-googasian-closet/

The efforts of Googasian P.C. to malign Belford high school were proof enough of the fact that this firm comprises of a bunch of feisty lawyers who are out there to abuse the law and is always on the lookout to lure some gullible victims. But my feelings regarding the firm were further aggravated when I recently read a blog post which proves that Googasian P.C. has a habit of involving the common folk in their crooked schemes.

The post highlights the tragic case of a young girl Christine Fritsch who can also be described as an innocent victim of Googasian. Christine came to the United States with high hopes and aspirations and wanted to have a prosperous career in the U.S., however not everything went cozy for Chris and she had a terrible road accident while she was studying in the U.S.

To make matters worse Christine’s case was being dealt by Googasian P.C. and any person who has a little bit of info about the Belford Lawsuit knows what Googasian’s real interest was in Christine’s case.

Googasian P.C. filed for insurance benefits in Chris’s case and called her German parents to America. However when he learned that Chris’s parents really only want to take Chris back to Germany and would not help Googasian in his devious ploy to make money off of Chris’s misfortune (which Chris’s father suspects was plotted by Googasian and company, see http://www.chris-come-home.com/googasian.htm), the firm repeated its dastardly habits and nominated a host family comprising of fraudsters replacing Christine’s real parents in order to munch up some big bucks from the court.

To add insult to injury Googasian P.C. has now ensured that neither Chritine’s parents can meet her nor they can take her back home which clearly paves the way for Googasian to earn some easy money in the process. Googasian wants to make sure that Christine departs from this world so that it can make millions through a fraudulent lawsuit.

Christine’s father has expressed his feelings on a website but there is no one out there to help him. All I want to say is that Googasian P.C. can get as dirty as a rug. I found all the info about Christine’s plight on this blog, you should check this out as well.

The lies that Googasian has been spreading are about to be exposed. Although I don’t know what his grievances are, it is safe to say that he is pursuing an unworthy ‘cause’ – trying to discredit a reputable institute that only aims to help people who are struggling in life. He’s probably just a hater.

The latest news I got is that Googasian got permission to issue a notice using ‘other means’ besides the written form, which is usually the standard. This is the biggest breakthrough he is going to get. In fact, if you look at the terms of use on Belford’s website, it specifies in simple words how it is not a registered school in USA, even though it has international accreditation. That means this issue is not something that can be pursued in a US court. He will have to talk to the university administration himself to get his grievances sorted out.

But I doubt that he will take such a route, given his personality which is rather childish. I sincerely hope this whole thing is resolved soon. I feel bad for the current students because I would’ve felt awful if I was studying in the school when this was going on. The last thing a student needs is to be demoralized.

Googasian P.C. has finally reacted to discussions of this nature widely taking place over the internet on a number of relevant websites. Googasian P.C now states that Belford High School is scheming against its reputation by means of such websites and giving threats to its prospective clients (possibly the students who with the intention of making some money in consequence to the law firm winning the case may have considered joining the class action).

Googasian P.C. also claims that Belford High School has opened up these, totally ignoring the fact that the internet is a free medium accessible to all and so possibly these websites discussing as to how Belford Lawsuit is ‘baseless’ have been started by the high school’s alumni, other online educationists, individuals considering to pursue education and life experience based diplomas/degrees online or just about anyone following the current trends of the online education industry, generally.

Such contributors speaking of how students associated with the Belford Lawsuit class action maybe counter-sued are only trying to show their own perspective in relevance to the case, based on facts easily available on the internet – be it about Belford, Googasian P.C., or other relevant cases where they may have clearly witnessed this trend of seeing only the law firm walk out with heavy amounts of profit (in case of winning the case) or being counter-sued along with the innocent participants of the class action.

The law firm affirmatively accusing its defendant in such a manner only further proves its incompetence in devising a case on such week grounds, as the firm previously blatantly ignored the high school’s Terms & Conditions given on its official site which clearly protects the defendant.

Finally, Googaisan P.C. realized the blunder of missing out on such vital point that would effortlessly save its defendant and has now declared that Belford High School has only recently changed its Terms & Conditions in order to defend itself from the class action filed. I assure you that it is simply not true as I have found their Terms & Conditions to be the same ever since the establishment of the institution online. Googasian P.C. should therefore prove this accusation by presenting dated ‘before’ & ‘after’ snapshots of the high school’s official website, precisely the Terms & Conditions webpage.

Googaisan P.C. has appealed for subpoena to be sent to Belford by the court in order to reveal the identity of the authorities behind the high school. It is however clear that subpoena is only issued in case of copy infringement. The law firm could also pursue the Digital Millennium Copyright Act in order to file a notice of infringement in this regard. For more information see: http://www.google.com/dmca.htmlThe aggravation in which Googaisan P.C. has gotten itself, all thanks to the Belford Lawsuit and not seeing things happening n their favor, has done nothing but reduced the law firm to a mere object of amusement for common observers.

The famous, leading life experience based online high school is under the scrutiny of some law firm called Googasian P.C. that was recently in the news due to the settlement money it lately received from a local high school. The firm asserts that Belford issues ‘invalid’ diplomas to its students and functions from Texas.

Being layman in the discipline of law, even I can tell that the institute does not operate from the US and therefore does not come under the US jurisdiction so there are no chances that a law firm despite how incompetent it might be would miss out on such a ‘given’ fact, before they were to file a class action.

On being aware of that why has Googasian P.C. then filed Belfrod Lawsuit class action? Can’t we see they are by all means playing to be the puppets of some other force? Well, there definitely is a lobby that opposes life experience based institutions for obvious reasons as these online institutions are doing exceptionally well while promoting an average working adult who had to discontinue education earlier in life but has in the course of time gained significant work experience and holds expertise in a particular filed and therefore is honored by such institutions based on that. Why would a law firm in any other scenario stoop down to the level of launching multiple websites namely www.stopdegreefraud.com, www.stopdiplomafraud.com and www.sropcollegefraud.com etc. had it not been on a serious lookout for other such online institutions to be sued in future? Through these websites Googasian P.C. is without a doubt generating information about other institutions of Belford’s nature to irresponsibly file cases against them to satisfy the firm’s own notorious plans.

Let us look into a similar case taken place in year 2066 where the defendant Mr. McKenna counter-sued the Daily Mirror for being libel over claims made by journalist Victor Lewis-Smith that McKenna obtained a “bogus degree” simply for money to intentionally deceive the public. McKenna won the case and significant damages.

The court declared that Mr. McKenna was not dishonest and regardless of the quality of his earned degree, it would be unfair to write it off as ‘bogus’ and that any possibility of the mediocrity of La Salle’ University’s academic standards does not suggest that its client has been dishonest about his justly earned credits based on his life experiences. For details read the relevant BBC article, visit: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/5223454.stm.

The law firm has recently won settlement money from a local high school and so Belford is nothing but their next scapegoat on their journey of pulling great revenues from life experience based institutions. They now see this as a profitable business in its own right. How can Life Experience degrees be declared ‘fake’ unless they are issued under a similar name or resemble the ones issued by other institutions? Googasian P.C.P.C. has baselessly filed a class action against Belford High School.

I would support life experience degrees to be 100% legal as a number of sound life experience degrees awarding institutes are successfully running worldwide – NOT claiming to ‘educate’ students for the certificates issued. Thus labeling these degrees as ‘bogus’ would indeed be an illegal practice in itself as very clearly the degrees awarded are truly based on genuine work experiences of the holders.

The recent ruckus about a class action lawsuit filed by Michigan based law firm called Googasian against online Belford High School is the talk of the town these days. As a student I would rather base my analysis on ethical issues in the light of some key facts.

The class action lawsuit involves two parties namely the Belford High School and a Michigan based law firm Googasian. This law firm publicizes that it is the harbinger of justice and fights class action lawsuits for those who have been victimized by fraudsters or scammers. The other party in the lawsuit is the Belford High School an online institution that offers life experience degrees and diplomas to students.

The Life Experience degree awarding philosophy is not new, in fact this concept is very popular in the United States for a couple of years. These days’ life experience diplomas are recognized globally and are also recognized by many renowned academic institutions. A lot of working adults and students have earned a livelihood by using these degrees.

On the other hand there are also some students who were victimized by cheap degree mills and diploma mills who fooled a number of students and made a lot of money in the process. But I guess labeling all institutions as culprits is not fair and by the sad truth is that Googasian P.C. has won a lawsuit against a local high school that according to some pundits was a way to earn some fast bucks and nothing else. These same pundits claim that this lawsuit filed against Belford High School is another ploy by Googasian to manipulate another high school and earn some profits by doing so.

Whatever the reality is the facts clearly show that Googasian is a firm run by con artists who are hell bound to lure high schools in their devious schemes and gain cheap publicity. It seems that Googasian also want to fill its pockets through these trivial ways and harass any high school it can find. I think that’s why all con artists are dubbed as a CON and Googasian P.C. is no exception to the rule.
