Class Action Fraud is One Thing? But Plotting to Kill a Teenager for Money?
Even we didn’t expect this from Googasian. The news of Googasian’s worst ever shenanigans comes from the following post over at Googasianmalice.com
http://googasianmalice.com/googasian/skeletons-in-googasian-closet/
The efforts of Googasian P.C. to malign Belford high school were proof enough of the fact that this firm comprises of a bunch of feisty lawyers who are out there to abuse the law and is always on the lookout to lure some gullible victims. But my feelings regarding the firm were further aggravated when I recently read a blog post which proves that Googasian P.C. has a habit of involving the common folk in their crooked schemes.
The post highlights the tragic case of a young girl Christine Fritsch who can also be described as an innocent victim of Googasian. Christine came to the United States with high hopes and aspirations and wanted to have a prosperous career in the U.S., however not everything went cozy for Chris and she had a terrible road accident while she was studying in the U.S.
To make matters worse Christine’s case was being dealt by Googasian P.C. and any person who has a little bit of info about the Belford Lawsuit knows what Googasian’s real interest was in Christine’s case.
Googasian P.C. filed for insurance benefits in Chris’s case and called her German parents to America. However when he learned that Chris’s parents really only want to take Chris back to Germany and would not help Googasian in his devious ploy to make money off of Chris’s misfortune (which Chris’s father suspects was plotted by Googasian and company, see http://www.chris-come-home.com/googasian.htm), the firm repeated its dastardly habits and nominated a host family comprising of fraudsters replacing Christine’s real parents in order to munch up some big bucks from the court.
To add insult to injury Googasian P.C. has now ensured that neither Chritine’s parents can meet her nor they can take her back home which clearly paves the way for Googasian to earn some easy money in the process. Googasian wants to make sure that Christine departs from this world so that it can make millions through a fraudulent lawsuit.
Christine’s father has expressed his feelings on a website but there is no one out there to help him. All I want to say is that Googasian P.C. can get as dirty as a rug. I found all the info about Christine’s plight on this blog, you should check this out as well.

The lies that Googasian has been spreading are about to be exposed. Although I don’t know what his grievances are, it is safe to say that he is pursuing an unworthy ‘cause’ – trying to discredit a reputable institute that only aims to help people who are struggling in life. He’s probably just a hater.
The latest news I got is that Googasian got permission to issue a notice using ‘other means’ besides the written form, which is usually the standard. This is the biggest breakthrough he is going to get. In fact, if you look at the terms of use on Belford’s website, it specifies in simple words how it is not a registered school in USA, even though it has international accreditation. That means this issue is not something that can be pursued in a US court. He will have to talk to the university administration himself to get his grievances sorted out.
But I doubt that he will take such a route, given his personality which is rather childish. I sincerely hope this whole thing is resolved soon. I feel bad for the current students because I would’ve felt awful if I was studying in the school when this was going on. The last thing a student needs is to be demoralized.

Googasian P.C. has finally reacted to discussions of this nature widely taking place over the internet on a number of relevant websites. Googasian P.C now states that Belford High School is scheming against its reputation by means of such websites and giving threats to its prospective clients (possibly the students who with the intention of making some money in consequence to the law firm winning the case may have considered joining the class action).
